Returns

Strode E-Bikes and accessories sales are considered final. If an order is placed online, we offer a 24 hour grace period from which you may cancel your order. Beyond 24 hours, we cannot refund the purchase. All custom ordered parts sales are also final. This includes batteries, conversion kits, chargers, and motor or battery accessories.

Perishable goods such as food, newspapers, books or magazines, certain apparel items such as helmets, shoes, gloves, jackets, shirts, pants, and other personal garments, are exempt from returns. Finally, all clearance items, garage sale items, demo, used or consignment items are final.

For general merchandise returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it appeared in the store. It must also be in the original packaging including tags, documents, and any additional accessories. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, Strode E-Bikes will email confirmation notice to you stating that the item has been received. If the item meets the return policy conditions, a credit will be issued within 3-15 business days.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $80, please consider insuring your shipment with a tracking number. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item or that we received your item without proof of delivery.
